SCM 404 Project Management
This course will teach students the art and science of effective project management – how to get things done in organizations. Student will learn and apply behavioral and managerial approaches to plan and execute effective projects. The content for the class will be guided by the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) body of knowledge. Advanced topics such as critical chain project management will also be studied. A large part of the course will include a student-led project where they apply the materials from the course.
